Supercharge Your Diet - and Health - in Just 5 Minutes a Day!
How would you like to improve your diet, have more energy, and improve your overall health...all in just 5 minutes a day?!
You've heard it over and over again, since you were 5 years old... "Eat your vegetables!" "Have an apple instead of candy."
Your doctor and just about every other health professional keeps telling you to have up to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables.
But...how many of us really do? How many of us really care?
Moreover, with the recent "high-protein low-carb" craze, it's even worse than ever before.
The fact is that colorful fruits and vegetables are packed with disease-fighting vitamins and nutrients!
And, here's a brain-dead easy way to get it...
* Just have a glass of 100% fruit juice with your breakfast. (Or supercharge it even more by throwing it in a blender with some blueberries, a banana, some nonfat yogurt, maybe some nuts and/or whatever else you'd like to add to it. A power shake like this will be all you need to hold you till lunch hour.)
* Have a glass of low sodium V8 juice with your dinner.
Since it's in liquid form, and you can buy it straight from your grocery store, it won't take you more than 5 minutes to add this to your existing diet.
And, if you're worried about the extra carbs and sugar, just cut back on those items from the rest of your daily intake. (Processed carbs and sugar is much, much worse than the naturally-occuring carbs and sugar in fruits and vegetables.)
Wanna take it up another notch? Make a few servings of green tea and sip on it throughout the day (hot tea during cold weather and iced-tea during warm weather.) Green tea has too many benefits to list here. Just know that it's very good for you!
